Installation Notes

Proper installation requires a 200 mesh filter installed upstream to protect the internal piston from sediment and debris found in many well or pond water sources. We recommend installing a three-valve bypass manifold to allow for easy maintenance or system winterization without shutting down the main water supply to the site. Ensure the unit is mounted vertically with the suction hose clear of any tank sediment, and always check local codes regarding backflow prevention requirements when injecting chemicals into any water system.
